Safe, cozy oasis with private living & bath.

Wonderfully comfortable basement apartment. We are less than a mile from Winchester Medical Center.... ideal for traveling doctors/nurses. Close to other area attractions. You will have your own living room, bathroom and bedroom. Private entrance. Digital lock. You will get instructions prior to check in. You will be in the basement however it has natural light in the bedroom. There may be some noise from upstairs, but it is generally quiet. Roku TV provided as well as DVD player in the living room. Microwave and refrigerator provided in the living room as well as a Keurig coffee maker. If there are three people staying I will provide linens for the couch, as well as towels for the bathroom. I will not go into your space unless invited, however we will share the laundry room. You are welcome to enjoy our backyard. I enjoy meeting my guests however it is completely up to my guests whether we interact or not. We have a quiet neighborhood. You may park on the street as many people often do. Our road is not heavily traveled. Public transportation is available. We are off Interstate 81, follow signs for the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley, which is an easy walk from our house.
