This villa is ideally situated in the middle of the Waloon countryside, next to the biggest lake in Belgium, the lakes of Eah d'Heure. In the village, you can enjoy a children's playground, a barbecue area, volleyball fields, a bar-restaurant and much more. Many activities are possible in the immediate vicinity: bike rental, windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, tree climbing, jet ski, aqua center, wellness and much more! The villa has a terrace and free private parking. The villa is a new construction (built in January 2021). It includes a living-dining-kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and two bedrooms (with a double bed and two single beds). The mattresses and bedding are hotel quality. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to cook: oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, dishes, etc. There is also a terrace. The house is perfectly insulated and has air conditioning. The villa has a private parking space, and is located 50m from the village car park. You can arrive and leave independently, by taking and leaving the key at the reception, which is open 24/7. The reception will also be able to inform you on the countless activities that take place around the lake. Please note! Pets are welcome, but a supplement of 25€ per dog will be asked at the reception upon arrival.
