Our B&B is in our home in a quiet rural sub division & provides a 'Music City Vacation Oasis'. 20 min. to DT Nashville & area attractions. 2 miles off Interstate 24, shopping, restaurants. We live in part home (Master bedroom/Office) and offer our guests a fun and relaxing "Bed & Breakfast" venue. With that in mind, we can accommodate 10 guests. No large parties with additional friends or family, who are not registered guests. If you've never experienced a "Bed & Breakfast" stay, think of us as your Bed & Breakfast Hosts/Inn Keepers of the property. We are in and out as we care for the property, but also have jobs outside the home and give our guests as much privacy as they desire. We've hosted many types of groups and occasions and everyone has a great time, as our reviews show! We're located in a quiet, new and rural sub division surrounded by green rolling hills of the Cumberland's. Our number one goal, is to provide a safe, relaxing and memorable stay with us and in the greater Nashville Area! All we ask, if that our guests respect us our home/Bed & Breakfast, property and keep the volume down outside for our neighbors 11pm-7am. With-in our home/Bed & Breakfast venue, we rent a total of 4 private guest bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as offering 'Shared Spaces' as shown in photos and descriptions. Each private room has it's own room key and we have as well for our master bedroom and office. This makes everyone feel comfortable. Each morning we provide a light breakfast for our guests at 9:00a.m., unless you have a special request for an earlier time. Let us know if you or someone in your group has any special dietary needs. Guests do not have use of the kitchen for cooking, but have use of the gas grill, smoker and microwave to reheat leftovers. We also create a couple shelves in our garage/game room refrigerator as many guests like cold or grilled meat, cheese, fruit and beverages for lunch and either eat out or order take out for their supper. Home owners, kitchen refrigerator's ice maker cannot keep up with pool side gatherings, so you'd need to purchase your bags of ice at the local Dollar Store ($3 per bag) or grocery store 2.5 miles away. Feel free to bring a cooler or if your flying in, we can provide you with a cooler. To view ALL amenities scroll down on the main page. Booking with us will requires you to read everything about our venue, acknowledge and accept guidelines by replying when you inquire or request to book with us. Please inform the guests, in your reservation prior your stay that we live in this home/Bed & Breakfast and serve as 'Inn Keepers'. No additional people, who are not apart of your reservation. Violation of this will result in a fine by Air B&B. In regards to our private pool and covered patios; All we ask is that our guests, keep the volume or talking, TV and music down after 11:00 p.m. and be considerate of us and our neighbors. No glass in the pool. Swim at your own risk as no life guard on duty. Pool is open weather permitting April 1-Nov. 1st. Heating the pool, when the outside temp. is at least 60 in the evenings, 75 during the day and sunny. It will be warm and comfortable, but please note it won't feel like a hot tub. No parking in street. We provide 2-3 parking stalls in the driveway, let us know how many you need. We provide our guests a light breakfast, and great overall experience in our 'Music City Oasis', as well as sharing popular area attractions, including the ones most tourists don't know about! Retirees, we also offer, Lyft and Uber rides. No loud obnoxious parties or inviting others who are not our guests. It's a violation of your Air B&B agreement, neighborhood HOA and Insurance. Upper Level Only: $125 (Holiday weekends varie ) + $10 each additional guest. Upper level ONLY- $50 Cleaning fee and disinfecting, per stay. 3 private guest bedrooms/2 bathrooms Main Level Rooms: Nashville room w/Queen bed, dresser, closet, computer desk w/chair. Pool side, 'Aqua Sun Room', includes a twin Day bed w/pull out and away, memory foam trundle, dresser and closet. Purple room w/queen size bed, computer desk and chair, closet, private and full bath. (Grey and brown tones) For both the Upper and Main Level Rooms, per this listing the 'Base Price' is $250 and then each additional, $10 per person, per night. This does not include Air B&B service fee and taxes. Sleeps 10 total. We have had 13 guests, if you use the living room pull out couch and pop up queen bed on the upper level but there is an additional fee for setting up/taking down extra beds and we'd need to know a week ahead if this is something you and your group want us to do. A one time cleaning and disinfecting fee of $150 per stay for "Upper and Main level Rental. 4 -Private guest rooms/3 private bathrooms. Shared spaces shared by guests are, living room, dining room, all TV's inside and out, microwave for reheating restaurant left-overs, breakfast nook table & island in eating area. Both patio's front and back, pool, game room, 1 shelve in the refrigerator in garage. We can provide a cooler for your ice. We have 2-3 stalls for parking in our driveway for guests. Home owners/Inn Keepers, live in this home and available from time to time, to answer questions and socialize if desired and serve as "Inn Keepers'. What makes our neighborhood so special, is it's located in the country away from the busiest and over populated areas. A quiet, safe and friendly place to take in the beauty of the rolling Cumberland Mts.. Great for walking, beautiful drives, relaxing and picturesque sun sets, yet just a few minutes from Interstate Hwy 24 and Sam Ridley Pkwy where an abundance of shopping, restaurants. Nashville Area attractions all with in a 20-25 min. drive. We'll be happy to help, if needed in getting around the area, according to your interests.
