Private, Gated 4 bedroom home with pool and spa

This stylish place in a gated neighborhood is perfect for group trips. Pool, spa, and large private backyard perfect for BBQs or stargazing. Large sectional couch surrounding a 75" screen in an open spaced living room make a perfect movie night. One room host full over full bunk beds perfect for kids. Two rooms have queen beds in each room. Large master suite with California king bed and private bath with large soaking tub and shower. Washer and Dryer available for use. Neighborhood is gated. First time through the gate during check-in will require a call from the gate call box. Upon entry to the house, a gate clicker will be made available for use during your stay. We are always available when needed for anything. Guests are encouraged to call or text if anything is needed. Eric & Danielle Small gated community with NO THROUGH TRAFFIC. Neighborhood is one street, with Cul De Sac on both ends. Our home is the last house in the cul de sac, with no homes behind or left side of house, making the home and yard very PRIVATE. Lack of through traffic makes neighborhood safe for children to play outside in the cul de sac. Two dedicated parking spots in driveway in addition to street parking. House is located in cul de sac, plenty of street parking available. The garage is unavailable for air bnb guest. The garage is used as storage, and occasionally, someone goes to the house and accesses the garage from the side door inside the back gate. They will never go inside of home, nor will they use the front door. They will not make contact with air bnb guest unless in case of emergency. Guests do not need to be alarmed if they hear someone in the garage. This does not occur often, but guest should be aware that someone occasionally enters the garage from the side door.
