Cozy single-family residence in the peaceful town of Forestport NY. Comfortably sleeps 5-7 guests. Owned by a skilled carpenter who put many hours of love and labor into adding beautiful wood work throughout the home. This home is a short 28 minute drive to Old Forge, 29 minutes to Utica. Walk down the block and enjoy the beautiful falls of black river. ⋆Please only bring guests that are on the reservation, as our charges are according to the number of guests. Thank you!⋆ "Cozy Adirondack-Style Getaway!" is a 4 Bedroom single-family home which has 5 beds and 2 bathrooms. One bathroom is a traditional full bathroom however the second bathroom is unconventional. The sink is beside the washer and dryer in a common area, the toilet is in a separate room of its own and the shower is also in a separate room of its own. The first floor has one bedroom with one bed and the traditional full bathroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with 4 total beds and the unconventional bathroom. Guests will have access to the entire apartment during the duration of your stay except for the basement and one closet that has been closed off. There is a large back yard area that is available for guest-use. I am always a phone call or text message away when needed! Great places to eat locally such as Forestport Diner, Scooters, Campbells Diner, and Kratzys Bar and Grill. Tons of great snowmobiling trails around Forestport. Approximately 22 miles away from Old Forge & Enchanted Forest Water Safari and all that the Adirondacks have to offer, 22 miles away from the City of Utica and 25 miles from Herkimer Diamond Mine.
