GORGEOUS one bedroom loft on horse property

Come escape the city life and stay in this one of a kind one bedroom loft located on 10 acres of horse property in Van Alstyne, TX. Minutes from highway 75, local shopping stores, and restaurants. Guests will be allowed to visit with the horses on the property and will be provided a bag of treats to feed to them during their stay. ***Check the guest manual for a virtual tour and aerial video to see the property in detail*** This one bedroom loft was finished out in 2019 and is attached to one of the barns/stables on the property. The main property is gated with 24 hour surveillance for guest security. The upstairs loft has a queen size nectar brand gel memory foam mattress along with two nightstands that have USB charging stations for your phones/devices. In the closet upstairs you will find extra towels, pillows, hanger, and blankets if needed. Toiletries will be provided in the upstairs bathroom. NOTE/DISCLAIMER: This is a loft and the ceilings in the upstairs bathroom are a lower than other parts of upstairs. Taller people can fit, but may not be as comfortable. The living area has a sofa bed that pulls out into a queen memory foam bed. Sheets, blankets, and pillows for this will be provided. The entertainment center has a fireplace feature to spice up the mood of the room or to use for heating purposes depending on the weather. A smart TV is provided where you can login to your personal streaming accounts during your stay. Kitchen is equipped with everything needed to cook or use for your meals. Refrigerator/freezer is available to use for your own items. There is a hidden office area behind the kitchen area for those that may be traveling for work and need the extra work space. Wi-fi is included with the stay. Washer and dryer is provided if needing to wash a load before leaving. Bring marshmallows and end your stay by the firepit located across from the rental. Parking will be under the covered awning located at the barn. There is a gate code to enter the main property. There is another house located on the property with people residing in it. Please treat my place as if it was your own! Leave it in the condition it was in when you arrived. No drunken parties are to be thrown. If you violate this policy you will be asked to leave, no refunds will be given, you will relinquish your deposit AND be charged for any damage. Horses are not to be visited with during the quiet hours
