Cozy 1 bedroom cottage, located only 3 miles from the Lake James State Park. This home has a spacious yard, easy driveway if pulling a boat. Ther are stores, restaurants and breweries all located within a few miles. Great hiking trails near by. Gas grill and hot tub. This cozy small home has had updates recently. When you enter the house thru the front door you will enter the living room, the bedroom is located off the living room and is nice sized. A nice size closet with hangers provided is inside the bedroom. There is a smart TV provided inside the bedroom. The kitchen has also been updated and fully functional with the basic cooking utensils provided. The bathroom is located off the kitchen and has a stand up shower, toilet and one sink vanity with mirror. Next you will find the front loading washer and dryer also located off the kitchen. The back yard/hot tub area is accessible thru a set of double doors inside the laundry room. This home is heated and cooled with a mini split unit. We also provide a small space heater in the bedroom so you are able to have privacy and heated space to enjoy simultaneously. Home is located in a rural area. There is no public transportation available in the area. Very large parking area. Available by phone for the duration of your stay. The home is located in a very quiet residential area. You are within 3 miles to lake James, Marion lake club golf course, mica town brewery and a couple of different small restaurants. Please note there is no dining table and chairs in this rental.
