Welcome to Chatswood! This one bedroom apartment is available for bookings of at least 3 months. We are renovating and new photos will be posted when the work is completed in May. Fully furnished luxury apartment located in the heart of Chatswood, 5 minutes' walk to transport, shops and restaurants. Unlimited NBN internet - no car parking provided. 3 month min. stay due to strata building regulations. We are offering a spacious one-bedroom apartment in the heart of the Chatswood CBD which is ideal for a single traveller or a couple. There is unlimited free NBN wifi suitable for video streaming. The apartment offers a private balcony for you to relax in the Chatswood CBD. IMPORTANT NOTE: there is no onsite parking however on street parking is easy during weekends and evenings. There is a choice of local paid parking sites Mon-Friday. Our guests will have exclusive use of the one-bedroom apartment. Swimming pool, roof top BBQ area, sauna and gym are shared with other residents. If you require access to the apartment outside of our standard check-in and checkout times please ask in advance. We often experience back to back bookings so cannot always be flexible so please consider this if you have early or late travel arrangements as it might mean that you need to keep your luggage with you for several hours. Please note that we do not offer luggage storage before checkin or after checkout. We do not offer onsite parking however there are parking options nearby which we can advise if needed. We will do our best to welcome you at the beginning of your stay. However if we are not available to meet you we will make other arrangements to provide you with the keys. Standard check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am. We try to be flexible with arrivals and departures which are during normal waking hours but we obviously have to work around existing bookings. Any requests for extremely early or late arrivals or departures should be arranged in advance. Please note that we are not able to offer luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Assume standard check-in and check-out times when booking accommodation. If you have any special requests including parking, early check-in, late check-out etc please let us know prior to booking. We are disappointed when guests tell us what was missing after they have checked out. If there is anything that you think that we can help you with to make your stay more enjoyable then please let us know. We are not able to increase the size of the apartment. Please check the floor plan and dimensions before you arrive. The apartment is located in the Chatswood CBD with transport, Westfield and Chatswood Chase shopping centres, at your doorstep. The fabulous restaurants of Chatswood are all walking distance. We recommend The District and Hawker Lane food courts. The apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes walk to Chatswood train station and bus interchange. There is no onsite parking available. We recommend using the train and Uber during your stay in Chatswood as there is no on-site parking provided. Get yourself an Opal card for travelling on public transport (available at most 7-11 stores and supermarkets). From the Airport: Train: approx. 1 hour. Take city train to Central, then change to T1 North Shore Line to Chatswood. Ticket price $14-22 Uber approx. 30 minutes Price approx. $65 Taxi approx. 30 minutes Price approx. $80 - 24 hour check in is available for extremely early or late arrivals and must be arranged in advance. We do not offer luggage storage and we usually cannot accomodate requests for early check-in or late check-out. - there is no on-site parking available at all. - the accomodation is located in a residential building.
