Old Rectory, North Norfolk

The Old Rectory, is a homely old house set in 4 acres with a spacious lawn, small woodland and tennis court. 5 chickens roam the garden. The house itself has a large open plan kitchen/dining area which can sit 10. This opens up to the family sitting room complete with cosy sofas, log burner and tv. The house is set up for children with a playroom for children under 10. We are roughly 10 miles from the North Norfolk coast and close to the picturesque towns of Holt (7miles) and Reepham (5 miles). There is one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom (which has a bath/loo/sink). In addition to this, there is another double room, twin room and bathroom (bath/loo/sink). The space is ideal for no more than six adults. Should there be children in the party, there is an additional small single bedroom and another bedroom with kids bunk bed: space for three children.
