Or just simply kick back and soak in the country town beach vibes. Coobowie Beach Bungalows are an ideal getaway for 2-4 adults or 2 adults plus 2 children per unit. Please note we do not have cots or cribs for very small children. Cross the road and wander the calm bay of Coobowie beach or chuck on the hiking boots and hop onto the "Walk the Yorke" trail that passes out front hugging kilometers of coastline. Coobowie is a charming town with a classic Aussie pub, a small shop and friendly locals. 8kms to Wool Bay Jetty, 5kms to Edithburgh or perfect base for a day trip to the dreamy Marion Bay only 50mins drive. Enjoy a feed at the pub or try cooking over coals on the firepit and tripod grill provided out front. Coobowie is a small town on the Yorke Peninsula and only 2 hours from Adelaide. The beach bungalows sit smack bang in the middle of the Coobowie Bay and is 1 street back from the beach front. Simply open your front door, walk across the road, down a beach access track and you have calm seas and white sandy beaches. There are walking/running/riding tracks dedicated along the coast and can be taken to reach Edithburgh or Wool Bay, both only 5-10km away. Even better, the local pub is only 100m from the beach bungalows on the same street, Beach Road. The locals are friendly and the fishing is great.
