Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). A nice city park is right across the street with playground, tennis court and basketball court, shelter and grill. Five minutes to University of Dayton/Downtown Dayton. This single story home offers both on street and private covered parking. The entrance is wheel chair accessible via ramp. This is a smoke free house, however, there are designated smoking areas outside to include a screened in back patio porch. Coffee and tea are provided. Kitchen has all you need for cooking and baking. A single cot is available upon request as well. Guests have access to all rooms in the house. Arrangements can be made for guests who may need the washer and dryer. We live close by and are available to assist and offer suggestions for area attractions. Kettering "Southern Hills" is a quaint, sleepy part of town where neighbors are friendly and take pride in their homes. You can walk to Hills & Dales MetroPark. This historical urban forest has been a natural refuge for Daytonians since 1907. Check out the views of the Community Golf Course from the Patterson monument! From the porch, you can watch your children play in city park across the street. $5 Uber ride to Dayton downtown! There is a bus stop near the end of the street. Our Aviator Bungalow is 16 miles to WPAFB. All aviators will enjoy visiting the local Flyboys deli in Oakwood! The national USAF museum is a must see and is a 16 minute drive. Walk to Carillon park to see the original 1905 Wright Flyer III, the world’s first practical airplane. Afterwards, go inside the Carillon Brewing Company and watch Dayton's historical brewing process come to life in front of you!
