Our farmhouse boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a children's play room, private pool, heated during summer only . hot tub and outdoor seated area with a fire pit The property now benefits from a outside hot tub room with a sleeping accommodation for two. Come and stay in our celebrity hideaway. The farm house has plenty on offer to make a family stay extra special. As well as 4 comfy bedrooms, an en-suite and 2 bathrooms there are plenty of luxury features including: * Children's play room with an wooden rocking horse and a sweet cart that can be filled ready at an additional cost if requested can be brought in. * A large outdoor pool complete with inflatables and a slide * Hot tub and outdoor room * A spacious outdoor lounging and dining area with an outdoor bar and BBQ grill * At the bottom of the garden is a fairy garden and fun hideaway for children * Additional beds can be arranged with notice * The pool is heated and this can be provided at an additional cost of £100 We can be available to meet guests, or can arrange for a self check-in if preferred. We are happy to be contacted with queries during the stay. Please note we have a gardener on site every morning who takes care of the grounds feed the Shetland pony and feeds our dogs are always locked away in kennels close to the house and never allowed out unless walked for the Gardner. Note! this is not a young party house just because it has a pool please dont forget to respect such a high end home. Groes Faen is a quaint village in South Wales, set in the beautiful welsh countryside. This highly desirable area is just 8 miles from Cardiff City centre and the property is a 5 minute drive from the M4. Nearby is the beautiful Miskin Manor Hotel and there are shops and a pub just a few miles away. The location is a great mixture of private and rural, with amenities and access to the M4 just a short drive away. There is plenty of outdoor parking and there are plenty of amenities just a few miles away. PLEASE NOTE OUTSIDE POOL WILL NOT BE A OPTION DURING WINTER MONTHS. if parties are held we encourage you to enjoy with respect. No large group Partys will be excepted as it’s a beautiful home . Rules we have no shoes please on carpets the house has easy clean floors and the beautiful living room has a log burner please note if any fire burns the carpets they will be chargeble to the guest and can be very high cost, we hope you enjoy our home as we do..
