Neat and Nifty 30 minutes from everywhere Buffalo

This nifty one bedroom is modern and clean. It is 15 minutes to Buffalo international Airport, 30 minutes to Booming Downtown Buffalo’s attractions and Darien Lake is also around 30 minutes away, about 45 minutes to Niagara Falls. A great place for a quiet get-away. This property is in a country setting on the lower level with easy access and private free parking. I do respect my guest’s privacy, however I am just a phone call away if you should need anything while you stay. ENJOY You will have the entire apartment to yourself. Private entrance. Very cozy, quiet welcoming space. I am available by phone or text if something should need my attention. This a country location that is excellent for peace and quiet at the same time has no noise restriction requirements. This location is best to have transportation either a car or ride sharing. It is not accessible to public transportation. There is a dog on the property however she is well cared for and cleaned up after. You may hear some barking when you arrive (but that’s what dogs do.) She is a well trained service dog and never without her owner.
