Traditional French 2 Bed Home - 45Mins from Beach

Enjoy some quality time at a little hideaway in rural France, near the beautiful Town of St JEAN D'ANGELY. We are new to AirBNB, but the house will have a welcome pack on arrival. Suitable for couples, families or a pair of couples, this comfortable and stylish house provides the ideal base. This house is located next to our main home in a quiet tucked away spot - You can read the beaches of Royan and La Rochelle in 45mins, as well as tour vineyards in the surrounding area of Cognac. The house is a traditional stone French property, with cosy wood fired stove and plush furnishings. Rooms are spacious - The second bedroom is the smallest, but has a double bed with overhead single bed (Photo to be added) so three can sleep in this room. The main bedroom space is very large and has room for a full double airbed as well as the Kingsize bed shown pictured. Kitchen has all amenities, built in fridge freezer, dishwasher and washer/drier is available for use. Parking is on the main drive for the house, but there is free access - so you can get out and about. The house you would be staying in has it's own private facilities - But use of the main garden is shared. You will have your own private BBQ in front of the property and outdoor furniture for those lazy evenings with wine outside. Quiet country location with the convenience of a Town 5-10mins drive away, with all facilities such as Supermarket, bars, restaurants and an amazing Market twice each week. A baker comes by every morning selling fresh bread A car is necessary, there are lots of walking routes and cycling opportunities immediately outside the property. There is plenty of space to store cycles if you need it. The property suits adults and small families, the nearby towns of St Savinien have some great spaces for Children as well as St Jean D'Angély. Local bars and restaurants are a short drive away with Saintes only 15mins buy car on the autoroute.
