Whether as a couple or as a family, this apartment will allow you to recharge your batteries and take advantage of many activities around the lake. Apartment of 90 m² located on the ground floor with large terrace (south side) and garden area, excellent condition, with 2 bedrooms. An outdoor and heated private swimming pool is available for the residents of the building from May to September. Equipments: TV, WIFI, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, hairdryer The building is located near a minimarket, pizzeria, restaurant, fast food, wellness center and the aqua center. The lake and its sandy beach is less than 200m away. Many activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, windsurfing, ... Parking is free. In July and August, rentals are preferably from Saturday to Saturday. If the day of arrival is not suitable, possibility to contact us. Towels and sheets are included. A travel cot is available if needed. Please note, no pillow, blanket / eiderdown, only sheets are available. In order to ensure the tranquility of the residents of the building, any organization of parties is prohibited. No cleaning costs but we ask our kind travelers to return the apartment in the same condition. That is to say clean and tidy dishes, emptied trash cans and vacuumed apartment.
