You'll be within walking distance of these and other unique shoppes and eateries, and driving distance from Shipsawanna, Middlebury, and South Bend. We hope you feel comfortable in the main living space with fully stocked kitchen, dining table, queen bed, hida-bed sofa, TV, WIfi, and bathroom. You'll also have access to a laundry room and grill just off of the garage. Personal touches like homemade granola and milk in the fridge will greet you, and we hope they'll help you feel the warmth of small town hospitality in the heart of Amish Country. Built in 2019, this modern farmhouse won an award from the Builders Association. The above-garage apartment was built to welcome guests into the town of Nappanee, located in the heart of Amish Country. It includes a queen bed, hida-bed sofa, dining table, bathroom with tub and shower, and a vintage kitchen. The kitchen is socked with utensils, pots, pans, bake ware, and minimal pantry items, along with granola made by the home owners and local milk and coffee. Guests also have access to a laundry room and back patio located just off of the garage. All of this is within walking distance from downtown Nappanee, in close radius to The Round Barn Theater and restaurant, and within an hour from MIddlebury , Shipsawanna, and South Bend. Entire above-garage apartment plus a shared laundry room and grill. Separate, exterior entrance will ensure privacy as you come and go. Self check-in and check-out. May run into home owners and interaction is welcome but not required for stay. Neighbors are close in this small town, but noise should only consist of local trains, the clip-clop of a horse-and-buggy, and minimal night time traffic, which can be drowned out with a provided noise machine.
