Farm stay with pool, hot tub and games room!

We are pleased to offer this unique spacious private en-suite bedroom inside a lovely farmhouse. Booking this room you will be able to enjoy all the farmhouse facilities, such as outdoor pool, hot tub, games room and also will give you access to the common areas. The farmhouse is a wonderful countryside retreat perfect for couples in love, families, short break with friends, horse lovers. Located on a cross country course, surrounded by nature, animals and many places nearby to explore. In the property you will have access to the common areas: kitchen, living room's, dinning room, games room. Exterior: Pool area, outdoor pool, outdoor hot tub. Sleeping Arrangement: Master En-suite Bedroom 1 (England En-suite): A spacious en-suite bedroom with its own full bathroom (toilet, sink, shower) for its private use; king-size bed, chair, curtains, windows facing the garden and lake, a beautiful view to wake up with. All areas within the farmhouse . To access the lake, only by having permission, as we need to indicate the best time to walk around through the cross country riding. I'll give space to my guests but I'll be available if needed. The farm is located 21 miles from the city of London, 10 minutes driving from Epping station (Central Line). It’s a great escape from the city, by tube, guests will take only 45 minutes from Central London to the farm, where you will find peace, nature, animals and lots of nearby attractions to explore. Feel the countryside feeling however without leaving the convenience behind, the farm is very well located, only a few minutes driving to Epping, Loughton or Ongar High Street where you will find supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants, food take away, shops... Nearest station is Epping (Central Line) from there, it's necessary to get a cab ( (Website hidden by Airbnb) not possible to walk to the farm from the station. We have 4 bedroom's available to book in the farmhouse, where possible you will use the farmhouse facilities at your own privacy, however, if we have other guests booked at the same time, you may need to book slots or share the facilities. Weak wifi in some areas. Please note that we can't guarantee that the pool will be at your max temperature (30 degrees) as we are constantly cleaning the pool between check-in's and out's and filling it up with cold water. Unfortunately, due to the pool being outdoors, the size of it and England weather, it's very difficult to warm up the water, don't expect it to be hot or even warm, when it reaches it's max temperature it only "breaks the ice." TV has normal channels (BBC, ITV..) and you can connect it to your mobile to watch videos on YouTube, Netflix...We also provide an Amazon Fire Stick.
