Entire home up to 8 guests - 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths. Located in a safe and quite residential neighborhood. Close to shops and cafes. This home is perfect for big groups of family and friends. We boast a large open kitchen where we will provide cooking tools, pots, pans, and silverware. Feel free to make breakfast or cook a nice homemade meal in NYC. Experience life as a local here in my home. We have taken extra precautions and made updates to the guest experience to ensure a safe and positive stay. Cleaning: Apt is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before your arrival. Linens are changed and washed at high temperatures, bleach and other chemicals will be used to kill any germs of high touch areas. Gloves are worn and changed frequently throughout the cleaning process. Windows are left open during cleaning. Stay healthy PLEASE NOTE* the home is a two story house. There will be stairs to climb. The first level has one bathroom, two bedrooms, the kitchen and the 2nd Fl has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Big spacious kitchen for gatherings, talking, playing games. The oven is full sized and I️ will provide pots, pans, utensils, oils, sauces of various sorts. The house has two bathrooms so there is no need to fight for it in the mornings. Each washroom has great water pressure and excellent hot water. Shower/bathtub in each with basic amenities as well (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, towels, hairdryer). Check in is simple because we have a smart lock. I will give you the passcode the day of and it will be the same passcode you use throughout your stay. Keyless entry lock for main door. ** PLEASE NOTE - We don't provide towels. We will have a couple towels for emergency but we highly recommend bringing your own for sanitary reasons. Street parking is readily available outside the house. If you choose to walk to the nearest 7 train (main st station) subway it will take 10-15 min. The entire house is yours throughout the stay. Even if you only have the three rooms during your stay. Your privacy matters. Please be mindful of the neighbors. We are situated in a quiet residential neighborhood. Therefore no loud music playing during quiet hours of 10pm-7am. If you drive, we highly recommend street parking as it is fairly easy to find before 10:30pm (I park my own car on the street every day).
