This space is the top floor apartment in my private home. The room is very cosy, quiet, and comfortable. The neighborhood is accessible to shopping, food, entertainment, and approximately 30 minutes by train to the city. Guess will have front door access to the top upper floor apartment. Eisenhower Park is 1.8 miles which is approximately 7 minutes from the home. Near the park you will have the Ice center skating rink which is also 7 minutes. Starbucks is .6 miles walking 3 minutes drive. Hofstra university is .8 miles, 7 minutes drive and Roosevelt Field mall is 4.1 miles , 11minute drive from the home. Nassau coliseum is .8 miles, 4 minute drive. These are just a few of the many places you will find in the area. The train to the city is 2.6 miles from the home 10 minute drive.
