Mill House Cottage

Take it easy at our studio apartment located beside our historic mill house (replicated from the old Trade Mill). This is freestanding from our home and includes a full bathroom, kitchen and full size bed. This property is located on our horse farm so you can get a unique and picturesque experience that you can’t find just anywhere. We offer horse back riding experiences as well so feel free to check that out! Located off of US HWY 421 16 miles to Boone 7 miles to Mountain City The cottage is next door to my house so I am easy to get in touch with Go over bridge and through the open black gate then there is spacious parking in front of the cottage.
