Located in Sauze di Cesana, ancient mountain village originally part of the Dauphine of France, and now in the middle of the Via Lattea (place of The Winter Olympic Games Torino 2006). The chalet offers the perfect mix between the old chalet charme and modern comfort. It's in a sunny position, very calm and in the middle of nature. Chalet Servel is 7 minutes car from ski slopes and 10 minutes car from Sestriere. Spacious and bright, the chalet enjoys a panoramic view of the Mountains. The chalet has 4 ensuite double bedrooms with 3 big bathrooms. It is on three floors and offers great flexibility and privacy if rented by 1-2 families. The 160 sqm chalet consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, a large hall, a large living room, terrace and an outdoor area. It has 3 double beds and 2 single beds plus 1 sofa bed. It is equipped with dishwasher, oven, televisions, CD player. We provide bed linen and towels and all the crockery. Private parking area in front of the house. The street will be cleaned from snow by a dedicated service. Check-in and check-out will be done by the owners or their delegates. Guests will also be given a list of names of trusted people of the owners who can contact in case of need. We speak English, French and Italian.
