We have a very comfortable queen bed and a large closet. Full kitchen, living & dining rm. We pride ourselves in taking good care of our hobby farm animals that include a small herd of sheep, ducks and chickens. Located between Boston & Providence. Near: Gillette Stadium – 5 miles Plainridge Casino – 1/2 mile Wrentham Outlets – 4 miles Entering from the front door, you will find a spacious and very private suburban home located close to shops and many amenities with ample off street parking. For those who are looking for a quiet reprieve, the back door opens into a large, landscaped yard, pasture with grazing sheep, and over an miile of woodland walking paths. Guests are welcome to use the TV in the living room, kitchen space, and the washer and dryer. Outside, we have a BBQ grill and beautiful backyard with over one mile of fenced hiking trails across fields and woods. As much or as little as desired by my guests. I can walk to the dentist and vet, but the drive for groceries, pharmacy and most other shopping is under one mile, yet there is a rural connection with nature the minute I step into the back yard. There is an adjoining property which is owned by a non profit land trust with additional trails which are open to the public. The train to Boston and Providence is only 6 miles away in Mansfield, or a bit further from the Norfolk station, which gives us access to two different transit routes to Boston. We are 8 minutes from Gillette Stadium and 5 minutes from Wrentham Village Premium Outlets. 1/2 mile from Plainridge Casino. We are located less than 1 mile from I-495 and minutes from I-95. Private parking with a garage is available onsite.
