The Bungalow at Restoration Estate

Welcome to the Bungalow! This ground entrance space is tucked away just past the Main house, set below the Loft, you will find your own little get away at the Bungalow, a simple yet peaceful space all to yourself! The Bungalow is the perfect setting for an easy and relaxing stay, an open floor plan that hosts a cozy queen bed, futon (to sleep an additional guest). TV with Wifi, small kitchenet stocked with a coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. This in and out ground floor entrance, is a no hassle stay. From the walking loop through the woods to the open fire pit area, your stay here amongst nature will capture your heart! The Restoration Estate strives for health, wellness and balance in each of our guests stay! ***this is a NON SMOKING space*** The Bungalow, Loft, House and Studio are all separate units.... (Although, if all are available to book at the same time for a gathering everyone can share their space) The walking loop through the woods, the courtyard patio and fire pit are open to all guests (unless a private party booking is scheduled, in which we will let all other guests on the property know ahead of time) We are only minutes away....yet we are here for you if need be, to stocking up your favorite coffee bean before you arrive, to helping you find that perfect restaurant, we are just a message away from anything you need! The Restoration Estate sets on a beautiful wooded piece of land, the Main house hosts up to 12 people, both the Loft and Bungalow host 2-3 each and the Event Space can accommodate a small gathering of up to 30 people. Whether you are staying for just a night with a small group or having a family reunion/baby shower/ intimate wedding....the Restoration Estate is here to make it all happen! If you neither have your own vehicle or renting one, uber is a great option for the KC metro. As mentioned above, the Bungalow sits directly below the Loft, so there will be some noise that is unavoidable, like walking around... but we have made note in the house rules for guests to be mindful of the other space.
