A rural retreat near the Georgian town of Holt

Goldsmiths Cottage is a few miles from the bustling Georgian town of Holt. An ideal stepping stone to the big blue skies of the North Norfolk coast, the truly special landscape of the Norfolk broads or the medieval city of Norwich. Once a Millers cottage, Goldsmiths cottage has been newly renovated into a cosy holiday retreat. An open plan living dining area, with a cosy wood burner and reclining sofas, and dining area to seat 4 along with a relaxing reading area. Leading into a well equipped kitchen, through the stable door into a private courtyard that capture's the afternoon sun A steep traditional Norfolk staircase leads to 2 bedrooms one king size, one single with a small trundle pull out bed for an extra guest. Fresh and light bedrooms with towels and linens provided. The bathroom is also on the first floor offering a corner shower and a bath perfect to relax in after a day out exploring. On booking conformation you will be given an access code to the key safe before your arrival. You may arrive any time after 4pm I will not be around in person but I can be contacted by text/ phone or email. A Hidden Gem in the pretty Village of Corpusty. Once a Victorian Millers cottage, with the river Bure running alongside the village, an abundance of local walks, a shop, Pub and art gallery all within easy walking distance from the cottage .The Bure Valley provides a great location to access the North Norfolk coastline or the bustling Georgian town of Holt. The National trust properties Blickiling Hall and Felbrigg Hall are also within easy reach Corpusty is just off the B1149 on route to Holt from Norwich. You can park outside the cottage on the street. Further parking is available One well behaved Dog is welcome please do not allow your dog on the furniture or upstairs, please consider other future guests may have pet allergies. Your dog must be supervised at all times Goldsmiths cottage has a traditional Norfolk winding staircase, which may not be suitable for those with impaired mobility. Little ones are welcome please bring your own travel cot and stair guard.
