A kitchen is stocked with all the essentials and opens to large living space. It also features a full bathroom as well as access to the laundry room. Located just off of State Line road, one minute south of Interstate 435 provides fast access anywhere in town. Ideal place for the traveling/contract nurse! It is ideal for a single person, and is priced accordingly, please be aware of additional fees for overnight guests. However, there is additional value to you! The price includes ALL utilities- electricity, heat, air conditioning, gas, water, trash, plus washer and dryer (for registered guest only)! This apartment is the lower level of our home, located in an established, quiet neighborhood. We have 2 children, so a door has been installed to separate this space from the rest of the house. The kitchen is new along with flooring and paint- creating a very fresh space that is out of a trendy magazine! The entire lower level. We welcome guests to use the back patio as well! We even offer driveway parking for a convenience that feels like home! We will be nearby and available for any needs that arise, but want to maintain a private setting for our guests. Since this is located within our home, we will usually greet our guests but will also provide instruction to allow for self check-in. Established neighborhood with larger homes, many families have lived here for decades. Our home is on a particularly quiet street. Mature trees and large yards are common. Convenient access to the highway and popular areas of town. Close to shopping, parks, and bike trails. TV has DVD player, ROKU but no cable. There are two locked closets in the living space. One houses the electrical breaker box. In the event that we need access to that, we will be respectful and request permission to access the space. Also, in the event of severe weather, we may need to request/coordinate access to the built in tornado shelter in the unfinished (laundry) space. We do have young kids, so you will hear them as they play and make some noise during the day (their bedtime is 8-8:30). *No smoking in the house or on the property. *Absolutely no drug use. * We do not allow pets * We also have exterior security cameras to provide additional safety.
