Totally modern/private in Liberty / Kansas City MO

Nice neighborhood with a pretty park at the end of the street. Plenty of shopping & restaurants within 5 minutes. Park right up by the front door and you can see your car from your window. When you come in the front door your studio apartment is on the left. (I live upstairs in a completely different space). Your room is 25' x 12' plus bathroom. It was created to be an Airbnb. Shady front yard with a bench and swing out front to enjoy your morning coffee. Grab the cushion from inside! Welcome! Plenty of snacks, Coffee, water and other beverages provided. Please let me know how I can make your stay more enjoyable! You have your own space. Laundry room is right off your room and available upon request. Normally I am available as this is a (separate) part of my house. Starbucks, grocery, parks, bar & grills, Movie theater, jazz bar, restaurants and shopping is available within 5 minutes. Liberty is easy to get around in. Bus lines are not close but Uber and Lyft are available. Liberty is only 20 minutes from KCI airport. My wooden floors on the main level squeak a bit so you may hear us moving about at times or closing doors. We try to be as quiet as possible.
