Master bedroom has a private bathroom, all other rooms share a bathroom. Outdoor seating front & back. Close to Temecula, Murrieta, and Wildomar. Perfect for people traveling between Los Angeles, Riverside and San Diego county. Good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, creatives on retreat and families (with kids). Events and parties are not permitted. Home has 4 bedroom with 5 beds available for up to nine guests. Two bedrooms have queen beds, and 1 bedroom has 2 twin beds. These bedrooms share a bathroom. Master bedroom offers a king sized bed with a private bathroom and large walk in closet. Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Each bedroom has a full size closet, ceiling fans, side tables, lamps, window with a view. (Please turn off ceiling fans and lights when not in use.) Living room couch also available for guest use. House has two dining areas, full kitchen, living room, laundry area and backyard access. Multiple outdoor relaxation spaces. Please note the thermostat is set up to 68 degrees in the winter and 78 in the summer. You have access to all common areas- kitchen, living room, laundry room, front and back yard. There is ample parking in the property, driveway parking is okay. Smoking allowed outdoors, away from entries and windows. Please note that the garage is not available for use. We do not have an outdoor BBQ and the Fireplace is not available for use. The property has beautiful walking areas and is close to local stores (Target, Aldi's (favorite) Albertsons, Stater Brothers, Best Buy). Horse shoe throwing activity for all guests available, Shopping, Restaurants, Skydiver Perris/Lake Elsinore.,Wine and Ballon Festivals, Lake Elsinore Mud Run, Temecula Winery's, Downtown San Diego and Orange County is one hour away. San Bernardino approx. 45 minutes away. We are usually here to greet guests when you arrive. We are happy and available to answer any questions. We live in the property in a nearby house. Perfect for weekend getaway to visit wineries, hot air ballon rides, fishing at local lakes. Skydrive Perris, Lake Elsinore skydiving, Mud Run activities. Santa Rosa plateau for walking trails. All these activities are only about 15/20 minutes away. We are 15 minutes from wineries in Temecula (tastings, tours, hot air balloon rides), close to the outlet mall in Lake Elsinore, Menifee Market Place and Temecula Promenade mall, 45 minutes from the beach. Pechanga casino is nearby off the 1-15, as well as "Old Town Temecula" modeled after a western town and has lots of shops and antiques, restaurants, live bands. Local hiking at Santa Rosa Plateau or visit Lake Skinner recreation area. An hour from San Diego and Ontario airport. Perfect stopping point between San Diego and Los Angeles or Palm Springs. This space is accessible best by car and is located off a dirt road There are farm animals and a garden on the property (goats, chickens, fish) should you wish to visit them. We do not allow indoor pets. Children must be with an adult at all times and tennis shoes are recommended. Guests are not allowed to have visitors; all guests must be listed on the booking.
