Annexe with kingsized bedroom

Guest accommodation is in an annexe with its own entrance. We live on-site but your accommodation is completely separate. The bedroom is beautifully decorated with kingsized bed. There is a bath/shower room, pretty sitting room/breakfast room with tv, dvd player, fridge, kettle, toaster and microwave. The fridge is stocked with all you need for a continental breakfast and you are welcome to store food in the fridge and heat food up in the microwave. Crockery and breakfast is restocked daily. If further accommodation is required, there is another super king/twin room available, and we can also provide extra camp beds and travel cot. You will NOT be sharing the accommodation, even if you only take one bedroom. There is a Spar shop very close by and a lovely cafe/gallery for coffee and light lunches. The nearest good pub is two miles away. Guests have exclusive use of the B&B accommodation as well as a patio/sitting-out area which looks onto a pretty cottage garden beyond. Parking is off-street but you have to drive through a car port to get to the drive which is only 7ft high. If your vehicle does not fit under the car port, the parking on the High St is safe. Claire and Nick live on-site and can help with local queries, reservations and recommendations. The house is in the middle of a beautiful village with many historic houses. The village pub is 2 mins walk away but does not serve food every night . Please contact us for further info regarding our pub. We are 40 mins drive from the Jurassic Coast and 5 miles from beautiful abbey town of Sherborne and 5 miles from Yeovil. Bath is 1hr 30mins by train or car. The village is surrounded by stunning walking/cycling country and has many good local pubs. There are many NT houses, gardens and children's activities in the local area. There is off road parking behind the property. London trains from Waterloo come direct to Sherborne (5 miles away) and there is a small train station at the far end of the village which goes directly to Bath and Bristol in one direction and Weymouth, on the coast, in the other. Local taxi companies will be happy to provide transport to wedding, parties, etc. We are a non-smoking house and sadly we cannot accept pets.
