Beautiful Farm House, close to Jönköping City

Relax at this peaceful and idyllic farm house. Surrounded by nature trails for walking, hiking and biking. Rogbergasjön is within 3km walking distance, great for swimming and fishing. Ingaryd nature reserve with tracking trails is 500 metres away. Jönköping City: 11 km to the city centre, Asecs shopping mall, Husqvarna Garden and Elmia Exhibition hall. Local restaurants are 3km away. - We allow a maximum of 6 guests and a maximum of 1 infant per stay. - We do not allow any non paying Airbnb guests on our property. - An extra guest fee of 2722kr per guest, per day/night will be implented, if the maximum number of guests is exceeded. Check in: From 15:00 - 20: 00 Check out: Latest: 10:00 - We allow a maximum of 3 cars per stay, including free parking. - A maximum of 2 additional parking places can be rented per night for 100kr per car. This should be paid before arrival. - No smoking inside or anywhere around the property. - Do not move the furniture around in the house. The house is rented as it is. - No events - No fireworks - No loud music - No alcohol/drugs - No pets - Drive a maximum of 20km/hr. We have children/animals that roam freely. - A 5000kr Fine will be implented if any rules are broken.
