Charming, authentic family home. Nestled in beautiful countryside with lovely views, no neighbours yet 5 mins from all amenities. Perfect for relaxing close to nature, visiting the many local, historical, cultural & gastronomical venues offered. The morning and evening light on the valley. Breakfast on the terrace. The sound of birds and tree frogs. All except Artists studio and private bedrooms. Happy to answer all questions and help where I can. Happy to share occasional dining if desired. Respect mutual privacy. Lassance is situated in lovely calm countryside, totally private an ideal base from which to explore the region. The beautiful Gers has lots to offer, relaxing in the garden, or wine and Armagnac tasting. The Abbaye de Flaran which hosts wonderful exhibitions. Bastide villages, rolling hills, vineyards, wildlife....cycling, riding, canoeing... restaurants! Parking at home. Nearest station is Agen and some buses to Condom. Nearest airport is Toulouse.
