Abbotstone Farmhouse is the perfect location for a family or friends get together or business retreat and sleeps up to 18 people. The generous living space on the ground floor allows large groups to flow easily through the property, while being able to find a quiet spot to relax in. Eight well-presented bedrooms are on the first and second floors of the Farmhouse, while outside there is a large well planted garden, swimming pool and tennis court to keep everyone happy. Abbotstone Farm House has 8 bedrooms, a big family kitchen with 4 door Aga, generous communal spaces, extensive well stocked gardens, terraces & spring fed ponds, shared tennis court, ping pong, swimming pool (in season) & plenty of indoor games. There is also a one-bed cottage next to the property, which can be booked for an additional fee (Garden Cottage) The space Looking for a place where you can bring a group together in a house that feels like your own? Abbotstone Farm House is an excellent place to escape. With 8 double bedrooms (two rooms can be made into twin beds) and 1 single bedroom - and some very generous social space - it also has additional room in the adjacent barn and surrounding gardens and grounds of The Grange Hampshire estate. The Farm House also benefits from a 1-bedroomed self contained cottage located alongside, which can sleep up to 4 people (1 double and 1 sofa bed) and can be rented for an additional fee. The house has tremendous charm. Painted rooms of rich colours, extensive well stocked gardens, terraces and spring fed ponds with plenty of places for lounging and laughing, makes it a unique place to be with either family, friends or colleagues. If required it has a large but comfortable entertaining space and on–site catering that can be dialled up or dialled down according to your needs. In addition, our food wizard Becka Cooper is on hand to make your stay even more special. Dial up her delicious dishes with everything from an casual Friday night supper, to a full blown celebration. Her food is locally sourced, vibrant and generous. And most of all she's a wonderful cook. The pool is usually open between April and October - but please get in touch for specific dates. Generous parking directly outside the property Abbotstone Farmhouse is set in the heart of the Abbotstone complex. There is a one-bed cottage adjacent to the property that can be also be rented to increase the bed space, as well as Abbotstone Barn, perfect for everything from weddings to meetings. The pool is usually open between April and October - weather depending. Please contact us directly for more specific timings. The tennis court is shared with the owners, so please let us know specific times you wish to use it. Occasionally both the pool and court have to be closed for essential maintenance - so please check in advance.
