I do not live on the property, but am available by phone Ibstock is a small Leicestershire village and the property is located on the edge of the village going out towards Market Bosworth where you will find Bosworth Hall and other local attractions and gastropubs. It is preferable to have your own vehicle. Whilst there is a bus service conecting the local villages to the main towns and Leicester city centre, its is basically a rural village so the public transport network is not as frequent as inner city. The closes train stations are Loughborough and Tamworth. If you are bringing a child as part of your party please request a stair gate as the stairs are not closed off from the apartment. You will also need to request a travel cot etc. These can be provided, but are not left in the property so we will need to make them available for you. Please also note that guests are not to bring with the intention to use, their own heavy use electrical items such as fan or halogen heaters, rice makers, deer fat dryers, air dryers or other electrical cooking items as they have significant power consumption . Meters are checked before and after each booking and should the meter suggest additional electrical items have been used, we have the right to request drawdown of the security bond as indicated within the listing.
