Boating Apartment

This is the perfect apartment for anyone who loves golf, boats, simply good food, or music. Located on top of the pepperoni restaurant in the Casa de Campo Marina. It overlooks the original docks and the main plaza providing the perfect escape to recharge before heading out again to embrace all that Casa de Campo has to offer. The apartment has a service room that can be used for your personal staff as well as a fully functioning washer and dryer for long term stay. Between guests, any space gets thoroughly cleaned out by our staff. The kitchen is fully stocked with pans and pots for whatever cooking you need. Guests are welcome to use any of the amentities Casa de Campo has to offer. These include award-winning golf courses, bike trails, community pools, Minitas beach, and others. I am always available to help throughout your stay over the phone or email. Staff members will be available to solve any issues in person that might come up. The Marina in Casa de Campo containing all the essentials for day to day life as well as a variety of fun retail spots to find anything your heart desires. For groceries, it contains the Nacional Super Market a local supermarket chain that carries both local and international products as well as a small luxury french gourmet store carrying everything from special cheeses to oysters. The Marina is also home to coffee shops, ice creme shops, multiple restaurants, and ongoing concerts. Part of the charm is the variety of summer clothing available to purchase right there. There are also boat rentals available right outside of your door which can take you on trips to nearby Saona and Catalina islands. The best way to get around the complex is golf carts or other motorized forms of transportation. There are extensive walking and bike trails located throughout the complex as well. There is a rental car company located in the coconut mall just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. In the Marina, a golf cart rental store and a bicycle rental and repair shop are also available at a walking distance from the apartment. Casa de Campo has amenities fees that may apply to your stay.
