Whether you are touring wineries, restaurants, rivers, mountains, shops, or just our little spot, you will find all within 30 minutes away. Although close to the Tri-Cities, you can also enjoy all the small town feels Benton City has to offer. You’ll be minutes away from a walking trail, park, downtown and library as well as a quick drive to the boat launch, grocery store and Red Mountain wineries. A newly renovated house that is small but laid out well and with some room to move outside. The yard is under construction and we have many plans we look forward to implementing to transform the space into a tranquil outside retreat! Inside we have a cozy space for yourself or the family. We have provided some games, books, toys and a TV. The Kitchen is also stocked with most tools you would need to make a meal. If you are traveling with children let us know if you would like us to provide a pack and play or highchair for your convenience! We have plenty of free parking on site. Town is rather easy to navigate by foot, car, bike or even the city bus. Residential neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Not far from a medical clinic, library and downtown. Walking around town is fairly easy since it is a relatively small town. There is a park, walking trail and downtown all within a 3-5 minute walk from the house. But for getting to the grocery store, boat launch, gas station, etc it is a 3-5 minute drive. Finding parking anywhere is town is very easy on any normal day. We provide some small amenities such as Keurig pods, teas, little snacks and such. If you would like us to have a bottle of local wine (for purchase) waiting for you upon arrival just let us know and we can provide that service for you!
