Situated behind a discreet gate within the lake grounds Waterfront Vacation guest House attached to the main home boasts all the benefits of a lake guest house with a little extra luxury and service. A gated entrance ensures complete privacy. An expansive sunlit terrace overlooks the garden and lawn area leading you down to the willow-strewn lakeshore. An antique queens size bed, modern bathroom are just a few of the beautiful features adjacent to the lounge/dining area, overlooking the garden and lake with flowering gums, ashes, and native garden beds. In the evening the communal outdoor fire pit surrounded by a pond will be lit unless fire restrictions are in place - offering our guests a perfect place to enjoy a quiet drink under the starry skies. In the lounge and dining area, you find comfortable sofas in front of a fireplace, scattered cushions, and sunny nooks with warm throws, making deciding where to recline a tough decision. There is a selection of books and magazines to provide plenty of entertainment alongside a 42-inch flat-screen television with Netflix and free WiFi access. It is not uncommon to see a breathtaking array of pelicans, ibis, swans, egrets, and ducks habituating in and around Gemmills Swamp as it provides a unique and diverse environment.
