On the south-eastern coast of the island, approx. 3km south of the small harbour of Lefkimi and approx. 4.5km south of the charming village of Lefkimi, on a well-kept, huge garden plot with lawn, many Mediterranean flowers, plants and palms, stands the holiday home complex IRINI. The complex consists of 2 two-storey buildings, staggered one behind the other, and a perpendicular building. In the front house, which faces the sea, there are two adjoining studios on the ground floor. The flat on the upper floor is used by the landlord couple as a holiday flat. In the second row, directly behind the front building, there is another house with two flats per floor. Approx. 60 m perpendicular to the second house is another building with 3 holiday flats next to each other. Beautiful, small complex directly on the sea with own access to the water and unique view of the Ionian Sea to the opposite mainland. The appropriately furnished studio IRINI 8 is located on the raised ground floor of the middle house, with its own entrance at the rear. The open-plan bedroom is adjoined by the kitchenette and the bathroom. Direct exit to the covered terrace and the garden via 5 steps. In the side part of the garden plot is the common BBQ area of the holiday home complex IRINI for the use of all guests. The flats of this pretty holiday home complex are particularly suitable for small groups, friendly couples and families with children. What awaits you here is tranquillity, seclusion, plenty of space to play, relax and swim, because the beach and the sea are right on your doorstep, the water is shallow and ideal for children. 2 kayaks and a paddle boat can be used free of charge by arrangement with the landlord. The extensive Bouka sandy beach, approx. 5 km away, with partly managed sunbathing area, a taverna and café offers unforgettable bathing fun for the whole family.
