Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Lots of hiking, biking, historic sites and the list goes on. Beautiful rancher with a beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood with great people. The home itself has character, nice outdoor space and a wood burning fireplace. This is a private home on a private lot. It’s all yours! I live about 2 miles away. I did all the renovations myself. I’m an engineer and builder for a career and it’s also my passion. I can fix anything on the property within minutes/hours if needed. I’m always available via phone or text. Close to Greenbrier state park, Gambrill state park, Appalachian trail (Annapolis rock and Black rock cliff trailhead), Historic Frederick, Historic Harper’s Ferry, Historic Gettysburg, Antietam battlefield, lots of restaurants, breweries and wineries. A vehicle is definitely needed to get around from the house. Taxi and ride share are available if needed. The bathroom is outdated and will be getting upgraded ASAP. This would be the one con about the property. Kitchen is also in need of an update but has everything that is needed. There is a hot tub but it’s currently not working(10/8/2021) I hope to have it working soon.
