Sydney Staycation

Embrace the amazing countryside on Sydney's doorstep. A 4 acre property on the northern beaches of Sydney offers you a not to be missed location that is protected from the noise & bustle of city life. Accommodation is in a well appointed flat with loft bedroom & kitchen/dining downstairs. The accommodation is completely separate from the main house, but attached to a stable so the opportunity exists to bring your own horse. You can explore the Garigal National Park across the road either on horseback, on foot or bring a bike. You can watch horses being exercised on the arena outside your breakfast window, if you bring your own horse you have a large arena to use as well as horse trails in the National Park. You can cool off at local surf beaches, the closest only 15 minutes drive away. And local restaurants are plentiful. Your horse will be stabled overnight & will have a spacious paddock during the day. There are other horses permanently at the property so yours will not be alone. Horse accommodation is at an extra charge of course. This is an opportunity to relax, to exercise & to experience nature & at the same time affords you the opportunity of accessing all that Sydney has to offer. Parking is on site. Residents will be in the main house & will be available to answer any queries you may have. You are welcome to interact with ourselves & horse owners who visit to ride their own horses. There is a separate drive in access to the flat with ample space to park car & float. The local shops are 2 km up the road for any provisions you might need & restaurants are nearby. You can experience the best of all worlds at this location. You will be staying in a 1 bedroom residence that is completely detached from the main house, situated on a 4 acre private property bordered by national park yet with easy access to Sydney CBD. You will have the opportunity of long bushwalks, of cycling along bushfire trails or out to West Head, of experiencing horses, ducks & koi living on the property, or of surfing at Mona Vale beach (a 15 minute car drive). If you want bright lights, the CBD is 50 minutes by bus and there are great local restaurants to try out. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, and TV/wifi are connected. So enjoy a home away from home with none of the usual hustle & bustle of suburban living. A maximum of 2 adults is stipulated. A third person (child only) can be accommodated on a sofa bed in the bedroom loft at an extra charge of $50 per night.
