Newly build, high specification studio apartment adjoining the hosts property. Located directly on the the Fife Costal path and less than a 5 min walk to the beach, shop, cafe, restaurant and pub. Bus service from lower largo with direct routes to east neuk villages, St Andrews and Edinburgh. surrounded by beautiful walks/cycles and numerous famous golf courses. This is just the perfect location. This is a open plan studio with 2 single beds, and small kitchen area with all you need for preparing simple meals. Included in the kitchen area is sink, one ring induction hob, kettle, toaster, plates/mugs and cutlery. Microwave available on request. There is a stunning en suite and an outside space with table and chairs. The studio is on the Fife coastal path. The Crusoe Hotel and the Railway Inn are a 3min walk. The studio is adjoining our property, see photo highlighting. The studio is self contained with own front door. There is a storage outhouse for bikes, Paddle boards, kayak etc (please let us know if you wish to use, so a key will be provided) Parking is available at the Free public car park, just a 2 minute walk away. I am sorry but the studio is not suitable for anyone looking to quarantine. Pam and Arthur are available to assist guests St. Andrews 12 miles Largo Beach - 4 min walk There is a bus stop within a 5 min walk with direct bus service to all the east neuk villages, St. Andrews, leven & Edinburgh. I can arrange for a taxi to pick you up from the train station or airport If you required the studio to be cleaned during your stay, this can be arranged for £22. Please just let me know in advance.
