This renovated 1950's cottage in the city was here before tiny houses were cool. It is 400 square feet of cozy comfort. Minimalist kitchen has microwave, refrigerator, toaster oven and coffee maker. With over 20 eateries (from Tim Hortons to white tablecloths Italian) all within walking distance, that's all you need! Comfy living includes 20+ local digital channels (no cable) plus a Roku streaming device and WIFI. With a big porch and deck overlooking the huge yard, you’re on top of the world! It’s all yours private house! But there is no stove/oven- just to be clear. Full bath/shower and even a tiny washer dryer for emergency laundry. There is a separate bedroom from living area with a cozy, new queen sized bed. Whole house (all 400 sq ft) is for our guests. Sorry, no access to the garage, but enjoy the deck and yard.
