Two large south & west facing terraces with tables, chairs, cozy lounge sofas & recliners on the wooden deck with views over the beautiful lake, reeds and garden guarantee comfort & relaxation to the max! Luxurious, modern furnishings inside & out. Big pluses are the air conditioning & exterior, individually adjustable sun blinds as well as insect screens. The absolute highlight is the large, gas-powered fireplace, which can be enjoyed from the dining & living area as well as from the terrace. Stylishly & individually furnished with high quality tables, comfortable chairs, large sofas, blankets, cushions, designer lights & large format photographs. Another nice detail inside is the indirect lighting on the floor! In addition to the French press coffee machine, there is a Senseo coffee maker and a teapot for leaf tea. Professional cleaning after every stay! There is a parking space for one car directly in front of the chalet. Other vehicles can be safely parked free of charge 1-2 minutes' walk away. Our chalet "The Reed" is located in the luxurious holiday resort "EuroParcs - Marina Strandbad" and is therefore perfectly connected to the facilities of the resort. This includes a reception, Italian restaurant, Crazy Fries snack bar, mini-market, pool, basketball court, football pitch, playgrounds, launderette, wellness area and much more! The 400 square metre property faces the river-like lake and guarantees privacy, tranquillity and pure relaxation. The beautifully landscaped and varied garden is perfectly complemented by the adjacent reeds and water, making the property appear even larger. The two terraces are equipped with high-quality outdoor furniture and two large parasols. Another highlight in the outdoor area is the wooden deck directly at the water's edge!
