Short 7-10 minute walk to Hanger Lane (Central Line) and Park Royal (Piccadilly Line) tube stations with easy access to Central London (20 mins to Oxford Circus). Ideal for tourists, couples and those on business trips. You have the best of both worlds - you can either explore this exciting part of London just a short subway ride away, or get some peace and quiet in my cosy apartment. A lovely newly-refurbished 1 BDR apartment. -The lounge is bright and elegant, boasting a comfy sofa, a coffee table and a TV. -The apartment is newly built, so everything in the kitchen is classic but contemporary, making it an enjoyable place to cook. -The double bedroom is bright and airy with french panoramic windows. The king-sized bed is set with fresh Hotel-quality linen. The bedroom also has a wardrobe so you have plenty of storage space. -There is also a separate storage room where you can store your luggage during your stay. -In the bathroom, you will find fluffy towels and toiletries! -The apartment will be professionally cleaned before your stay. I hope you’ll enjoy your stay at my home. You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety. I will be available from 10 am to 9 pm via the Airbnb portal. Extremely quiet and safe neighbourhood with a beautiful park and lake right near the apartment 10-minute walk from 2 underground stations - Park Royal (Piccadilly Line) and Hanger Lane (Central Line) I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay! Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £20 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well. I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30. Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless! Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time. Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1 pm. Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
