Surrey Hills Cabin

A peaceful woodland location on a farm in Surrey Hills. Surprisingly rural - secluded position with access to miles of woodland and heathland yet close to Guildford, 50 mins by train to London, 40 mins by car to Gatwick or Heathrow. 80m walk from parking up woodland track. A complete oasis of quiet and calm with deer on the doorstep! The cabin has a sitting room, kitchen, bathroom (shower) and bedroom, sleeping 2 in a kingsize bed. It is equipped and furnished in contemporary style, with the emphasis on natural wood and stainless steel. Kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, washing / dryer machine. A door leads from the kitchen onto south-facing decking where there are a table and chairs for outdoor eating in the summer. Open access around farm but please shut all gates! Direct access to bridleways and footpaths - miles of open forest and heathland. The Surrey Hills - an area of outstanding natural beauty; miles of open countryside, forests and heathlands. Traditional English villages - pubs and teashops. We are fairly secluded here; public transport isn't that accessible. Probably best to bring a car unless you are happy to arrive by taxi from Guildford station and are here to enjoy the walking or biking! Other stations are closer (Gomshall, Chilworth) but you would need to pre-book a taxi.
