A great place to stay with a family, large private garden, large shared pool just steps away, modern furnishings with indoor outdoor space. Pianello del Lario, a residential town, lovely beach and lake front promendae walks. We have 4 flats in this complex so nice to come with family friends and each have your own space! You have full access to the shared areas of the residence such as the pool and parking and of course of the full apartment Giardino and garden. We are available to meet you at check in assist you thru your holiday if necessary but other that that we leave you to enjoy you time on Lake Como. Parking for the condo is just below the complex. Walking to town is an option, the bus to Menaggio/Como is the C10 and passes regularly by Pianello del Lario ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES Check in time is between 3 to 6pm. It is important that you inform us of your estimated time of arrival a few days in advance so we can arrange meet and greet services. If you do not advise us of arrival times outside the stipulated hours of 3 to 6pm, we reserve the right to charge a €50 surcharge to cover late arrival costs, which will be deducted from your security deposit. Should you wish to arrive earlier than 3pm and your property is ready, we will be happy to conduct an earlier check in. Check out is prior to 10am. Please contact us if you require a later check out than 10am and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
