Stunning large country home near Bath

Just minutes from the world heritage city of Bath, Tower Barn boasts three beautiful reception rooms. An impressive eat-in kitchen is at the heart of the house and an interior-designed Conservatory is perfect for drinks and nibbles. Board games, ping pong, a wood burner and wonderful walks make this the perfect place for getting together with friends and family. After 2 years Superhost status renting 5 star Tower Barn, the house was extensively renovated, now back on the Airbnb market! The house wraps around a garden that is completely private. An outside table, chairs and bbq make this area perfect for alfresco dining and balmy summer evening drinks. Most of the rooms in the house open up onto the garden so there is a real sense of inside outside living. The house is mainly glass walls to the garden so flooded with light. During winter the house is snuggly but with Nature visible through all the glass window walls. It is pretty special sitting by the roaring fire with the icy garden 'present' in the room. The walks are wonderful with many National Trust gems nearby. The village is steeped in history. The church dates back to the 14th century and many of the cottages and manor houses were built during the Elizabethan or Georgian era. The Longs Arms pub is a multi-award winning restaurant. Booking essential to eat (do check out it's website to see how good it is) and there is a very pretty garden for summer drinks and snacks. Dogs welcome. The City of Bath is a 10 mins drive away. Well worth exploring with it's extraordinary history and beauty. The smaller but no less beautiful Brandford on Avon is even closer. There is a full size ping pong table, large trampoline and boules set. There is also a mouser barn cat called Tizzy. She is set up in one of the barns on the property. She is very friendly and will come and say Hello in the hope of getting some fresh biscuits.
