The rv is located in a very safe neighborhood, with a beautiful park and walking trail minutes away! Self check- is provided! Cleaned and sanitized after guest departure all sheets and towels are washed in hot water and bleach! H-E-B and Walmart, Tarleton State University, Spashville close by! The air conditioner is cool and the kitchen is awesome for home cooked meals! Surrounded by beautiful shade providing pecan trees! Roku Tv! With Disney Plus, Hulu and Netflix! And much more! The rv is super cozy space with a brand new queen bed , the air condition and heat works great as does the stove and refrigerator and microwave. Keurig and toaster also provided. Tons of storage space! Located in a nicely shaded area. Nice couch in the living room for relaxing and watching tv. Full bathroom, towels and toilet paper are provided. Walmart and H-E-B and restaurants are about 5 minutes away. The best way to get around is your own vehicle There will be homemade chocolate chip cookie waiting for you upon arrival. Also a Keurig, for coffee or hot tea , creamer and sugar and filtered water.
