Located in the heart of Rotoma, close to Cafe , boat ramp & service station. One of only a few properties on the lake side with a large reserve area at the rear of the prpoerty. 20 minute drive from Rotorua & 40 minutes from Whakatane. Good size 4 bedroom Bach, with spa pool, lots of board games & DVD library for the times that you are not enjoying the lake or surrounding bush walks, mountain bike tracks or exploring Rotorua or Whakatane. Plenty of parking at the property & on reserve at the rear of property. Bus service across the road from the shop. I can be contacted by phone at any time. Our property is surrounded by permanent residents, who are great neighbours and would be happy to help with any queries. We are also within walking distance to all local amenities, shop, fuel, cafe & bottle store. Situated on a main highway, this is the main bus route between Rotorua & Whakatane and the bus stops opposite the shop. Driving is easy to Rotorua or Whakatane. Linen is not normally supplied, but is available for stays of over 3 nights at $ 25.00 per person. All cleaning products are supplied & guests are expected to leave the property clean & tidy. We are trying to mimimise chemicals to keep our lake beautiful & clear.
