THIS IS MY FINISHED DOWNSTAIRS WITH PRIVATE ENTRANCE -we are upstairs. Space is twelve- hundred sq ft. and we also have a dog .WiFi. Large bedroom has TV. Living room has TV & pull out sofa. Sm. room has futon. Also, have crock pot. Not a shared space 5 min. from Siteman south, Parks and trails are 10 to 25 min. away. 5min. to HWY (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) min. to 40 and 44. 7 mi. to St. Anthonys, 12 mi. to downtown hospitals, 8 mi. to Fenton. 11 mi. to Zoo. 20 min. from all downtown attractions. Large bedroom sleeps 2, sofa bed sleeps 2 and futon ( in small room) good for 2 children or one adult. Large living space more then enough room plus kitchen area. Disinfected before & after each guest. Full access Quiet neighborhood. Off street parking not close to public transportation I do not have stove or oven. Do have a two burner hot plate and cusinart convection oven, microwave, coffee pot available with pots and pans and dishes, silverware. Monthly or weekly guests washer and dryer available. Linens also provided.
