This space is upstairs of my home and safe and easy to access. It has been recently renovated and has WiFi and cable for your convenience. I live at the house so I will be accessible if there are any questions. This space is only accessible to the guest that has rented the unit. I'm available by phone or the Airbnb message board as needed. This property is conveniently located about 10 minutes from hospitals, casinos and golf courses, and about 15 minutes from the industrial plants. (traffic pending) That make this location awesome for getting around with ease. It is also walking distance to the beautiful lake front, a variety of restaurants, galleries and entertainment venues. Once you arrive if you decide to not use your private transportation Lyft and taxi are available. The area is easy for walking and biking.
