Sweet Home in QUIET area near Airport, CU & DWTN

We love our first home! Quiet residential neighborhood right outside Bexley with pleasant neighbors who want to keep the neighborhood safe and quiet! Perfect location for someone coming to Columbus. Near airport (10 min drive) and less than 15 min from downtown. Limited street parking. Two bedrooms and full bath up with one bedroom and full bath in the basement. Living area, kitchen and dining area on main level. We communicate through the AirBnB portal and generally have pretty quick response time. Reach out and see how we do! Bexley is a really special place. Main Street has a number of interesting shops and a TON of eateries. Catch an independent film at the Drexel Theater and stop into Graeter's, Ohio's world-class ice cream shop, a stone's throw away (Bexley also has Johnson's :) ). There are always events at the Capital University front lawn - see if there is anything happening while you are in town! There is a bus stop at the intersection at East Main St and Kenwick, which is approximately a 5 minute walk. Please check COTA for destination and times of the buses that stop there. House Rules - Please make sure that the number of people listed on the booking is the same as the people who are staying; even if someone is staying for only part of your stay, they must be included in the number of guests. Since we have exterior security cameras, we are able to see who arrives. -For liability considerations, no visitors allowed at property unless they are a registered guest - Our home is not intended to be used for get-togethers or parties. [Minut noise monitoring system installed to assist in monitoring get-togethers] Glitter and confetti are not allowed AT ALL. -If kitchenware is used, please make sure it is at least washed and on the drying rack, if not put away. - Please clean up any kitchen mess and remove personal items from the fridge before you leave; if full, please put trash outside in garbage can. - *Just a reminder that there is no smoking of any kind in the house.* If we find that there has been smoking there will be an additional cleaning fee assessed. This is a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood; please be respectful of the neighbors. The neighborhood quiets down in the evening and we ask ALL the guests to respect quiet time outside after 9 pm. A stay at an Airbnb is a stay in someone's home - please be gracious guests, as we are hosts. We love our home and we put so much of ourselves into it, so please treat it like your own.
